 Today our second practice took place at the  Magoki Attori mosque. We met with our group at 13:00  and visited to that historical place .   Our group  members Marjona , Maftuna and Ozoda informed us about mosque. Magoki Attori  is located the oldest mosque in Bukhara  In the centre of Bukhara to the west of the famous Lyabi Hauz square Its construction in 714 is associated with the name of the Arab Sheikh, Governor of Khorasan, Qutayba Ibn Muslim – one of the first people who brought Islam to the territory of Central Asia. Even before the arrival of the Arabs to Bukhara, a bazaar was located on the site of the mosque, where before the establishment of Islam, Zoroastrian idols, medicinal herbs and spices –  attoron  – were sold. And in the beginning, this place was called Attoron Bazaar. In the early Middle ages, it was also home to the ancient Mokh Bazaar.  Hello everybody.  At the first day of the practice we  invited in  the Labi Hovuz . It is one of the historical places i n Bukhara .   Lyabi-Hauz  "the coast of the reservoir" is one of the trade squares located in the center of square. It was built in 1620 and comprises of 3 monumental buildings : Kukeldash Madrasah in the north being the biggest in the city  and two other religious buildings Khanaka Nadir Divan-Begi and Nadir Divan-Begi Madrasah located in the western and eastern regions of the city. After gone we saw old buildings and got a lot of informations from our teacher. For instance one of these is about Sadriddin Ayniy . He was born in 1878. We saw his historical house. Its rooms are very small and exciting. Also we saw his famous books.  A lot of writers mentioned about Sadriddin Ayniy. I and my cours-mates are very glad from today's practice. I think this practice is useful and interesting for everyone 🙂🙂
